  1. Who is LiveWell Labs?

    By exhibiting truth in labeling, ingredient safety and product potency, all while remaining on the cutting-edge of nutritional science, LiveWell Labs has grown over the years, and so has our commitment to Living Well.

    From scientific research and new product discovery to the manufacturing and packaging processes, LiveWell Labs takes pride in our rigorous approach to ensuring quality. With that said, no ordinary supplement will do. As careful as we have to be about choosing foods that aren’t genetically modified, hormone injected or harmful for us, we have to pay the same attention to the supplements we consume. Many over-the-counter vitamins are made with fillers and synthetic ingredients, and processed in facilities that do not follow strict guidelines.

    LiveWell Labs takes your health seriously, and because of that, we take our products seriously. We’re committed to delivering high-quality products that empower every individual so they can reach their greatest health potential.

  2. How do I get my money back if I’m not satisfied?

    If you’re not happy with your product for ANY reason, simply call our customer service department and one of our representatives will talk you through how to ship your product back to us. Once we have received your product, we will issue you your money back. It’s that simple. See Terms and Conditions for more information.

  3. What hours is your call center open to answer questions I may have?

    We’re open Monday-Friday 5am-6pm PST, Saturday 7am-4pm PST, or Sunday 7am-11:30am PST, or email us at support@livewellnutrition.com, anytime. You can reach us at 1-866-949-7799.

  4. Once I place my order, will anything be sent/billed to me in the future?

    For individual orders (not subscriptions): No. You will only be billed for what you order on any given day, and nothing more. You will only be shipped the products that you order. Rest assured, you’ll NEVER be automatically billed for anything.

    For subscription orders: Following your initial order, your subscription will automatically process and ship every 30, 60, 90, 120, or 180 days, depending on the subscription you have selected. If you would like to pause, return, or cancel your subscription please call us at 866-949-7799, Monday-Friday 5am-6pm PST, Saturday 7am-4pm PST, or Sunday 7am-11:30am PST, or email us at support@livewellnutrition.com, anytime.

  5. What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, as well as Paypal.

  6. What shipping methods are available to me?

    We use USPS for all of our shipping needs.

  7. How can I track my shipment?

    An email will be sent to you with your tracking information within 1-3 days of your order. If you can’t locate this information and have tracking questions about your shipment, just give us a call and a representative can assist you. 1-866-949-7799

  8. Do I save money by placing larger orders?

    Yes. Our products are sold in different packages to offer additional savings to you. Check out our specials on each product page.

  9. Where is LiveWell Labs located?

    Our headquarters are located in Burbank, California. We have a distribution center in both Burbank and Utah. All of our products are manufactured in the USA.
